Peter leads systems analysis, policy, research, solution design, and delivery. His experience spans military operations, public workforce systems, policy development, organizational research, legislative change, and executive decision support.
External engagement
Monica leads public affairs, strategic engagement, and public-sector relationships for Sandbox Works. She served as an elected member of the Stafford County Board of Supervisors and represented the county on regional transportation, planning, public service, and intergovernmental bodies. Her experience spans public governance, legislative advocacy, coalition building, policy communication, and constituent engagement. At Sandbox Works, Monica helps leaders understand the people and institutions shaping a problem and develop work that people can understand, support, and carry forward.
